Introductory lessons are your chance to meet future regular students. They're how your schedule gradually fills up and your income grows — so we're always glad when you open slots for them.

But if something comes up and you can't run an introductory lesson, cancel it in advance. That way we have time to pass the student to another teacher without any inconvenience for the family.

🔄 How to cancel a lesson

  1. Log in to your account and open the Calendar.
  2. Select the introductory lesson you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel lesson.
  4. Confirm by clicking Cancel lesson in the confirmation window.

✅ The lesson has been removed from your schedule.

📉 How cancellations affect access to new students

If a teacher cancels 2 or more introductory lessons within the last 30 days, the system automatically restricts access to new students for 30 days from the most recent cancellation.

Each additional cancellation extends the period: the 30 days restart from the date of each new cancelled lesson.

Lessons with regular students continue as usual.

⚠️ Cancellations for valid reasons are not counted toward this limit. If you find yourself in such a situation — please contact support.
