Teacher Rights
The Teacher has the right to:

require the Platform to fulfil the obligations set out in this document;

receive payment for completed lessons in accordance with the Teacher Remuneration section;

receive increases or reductions in lesson remuneration under the Grading system;

independently define and manage their teaching availability by submitting a written request to the Platform;

communicate with parents and students through personal communication channels;
-
adjust lesson availability and teaching times, provided the Teacher notifies the Platform in writing at least 3 hours before the change;
-
temporarily pause cooperation for up to 14 days once every 6 months while retaining students, schedule, and existing platform conditions, provided the Teacher informs the Platform at least 14 days in advance. (Otherwise, the Teacher must continue teaching for an additional 14 days);

end cooperation permanently by submitting the required form and notifying the Platform in writing via chatbot or platform chat at least 14 days in advance;
-
appeal any Platform decision by submitting a written request to Platform Support.
Mathema Platform Rights
Mathema reserves the right to:

require the Teacher to comply with the obligations described in this document;

assign students to the Teacher and determine the required number of lessons and learning format;
-
suspend lessons between a Teacher and a student at a parent's request;
-
terminate the Teacher's cooperation at any time if the Teacher's actions conflict with Platform standards or commercial interests;
-
review lesson delivery and teaching performance at any time;
-
amend the Grading system, provided the Platform notifies the Teacher at least 14 days in advance.
Teacher Responsibilities
The Teacher agrees to:
- deliver lessons in accordance with the Methodological Guidelines;
- submit teaching reports on time, including:
- marking each lesson as completed on the day it takes place;
- submitting the first-lesson report on the same day;
- submit the regular progress report after the 8th lesson, no later than 2 days after delivery.
Mathema simplifies reporting through its built-in AI assistant.
- deliver all lessons according to the calendar and timetable in the Pythagor system;
- conduct all scheduled lessons and may not refuse lessons already confirmed in the calendar; teach every student assigned through the Platform;
- notify the Platform of any schedule changes at least 3 hours in advance;
- work with students exclusively through the Platform. Direct cooperation with parents outside the Platform is strictly prohibited;
- fulfil all scheduled teaching commitments recorded in the Pythagor system before ending or suspending cooperation.
Platform Responsibilities
Mathema agrees to:
- prepare Teachers for collaboration through comprehensive onboarding lasting at least 3 days;
- pay remuneration for completed lessons in accordance with Section 5;
- provide clarification of working conditions upon the Teacher's request;
- inform the Teacher about changes to working conditions, including point accumulation or deductions;
- review complaints from parents, students, or Platform staff objectively before recording any violation.
Teacher Remuneration
- Mathema transfers remuneration to the Teacher's bank account twice per month for completed unpaid lessons conducted on the Platform;
- The Teacher must provide valid and up-to-date banking details;
- Banks may delay payment processing for reasons beyond the Platform's control;
- The Platform determines lesson remuneration under the Grading system, which assigns points based on the teacher's performance;
- The accumulation of Teacher's points is regulated by the Grading system as a reward for the Teacher's achievements.
- If the Platform identifies that the Teacher is teaching a student outside the Platform, all Teacher points are cancelled, access to the Platform is revoked, and cooperation is terminated.
