📆 When payments are sent

Mathema sends payments to teachers every two weeks, on Wednesdays.

Each payment covers the lessons you taught over the previous two weeks, from Monday to Sunday.

📝 How to mark a lesson so your payment is calculated correctly

To make sure your payment is calculated correctly and included in the right payout, mark the lesson as completed on the same day it took place. The easiest way is to do it right after the lesson, so it doesn't get missed.

Note: A lesson is counted toward the payment for the day you marked it as completed in your calendar, not the day the lesson actually took place.

Example. Your lesson took place on April 12, but you marked it as completed on April 13. It will appear in the payout statement under April 13. If April 13 falls into the next payment period, the lesson will be included in the next payout instead of the current one.

To make sure your lesson is included in the current payment period, mark it as completed on the day it takes place.
